By the end of the lesson, students will be able to:
- Review and deepen their knowledge of the past simple tense.
- Correctly use the past simple form of various regular and irregular verbs.
- Distinguish between the present simple, present continuous, and past simple tenses in context.
- Ask and answer questions related to past community activities.

- Communication and collaboration: work in pairs to practice asking and answering questions based on a fact sheet.
